E-Gift Card Information

Purchasing an E-Gift Card:

Use the form above to purchase an E-Gift Card. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be applied to gift card purchases. We do not offer physical gift cards.

You will receive an order confirmation after you place your order and your payment card will be charged immediately. If your order also includes shoes or other product, your credit card will be charged separately once those items have shipped; in other words, you will have two charges on your credit card: one for the E-Gift Card and another for the other product on the order.

An email will be sent to the recipient's email address and will include your name and email address as indicated on the order as well as the gift card number and any message you provided. The E-Gift Card email will be sent within a few minutes of the order being placed.

Redeeming an E-Gift Card:

To use an E-Gift Card, add items to your cart as you normally would, and once you are at the cart, there is a place to enter your E-Gift Card number towards the bottom of the page.

If your E-Gift Card covers the order total, any remaining amount on your E-Gift Card can be used toward another purchase.

If your E-Gift Card does not cover the order total, you will need to enter another payment method during checkout to cover the remaining amount.


Check Gift Certificate Balance/Lost E-Gift Card email:

Please contact customer service. They will either resend you the E-Gift Card email which will have an updated “Remaining Balance” at the bottom of the email, or they will relay the information directly to you. If you have not placed an order with the E-Gift Card, you will need to know the name, email address or order number of the person who bought the E-Gift Card for you. If you have used the E-Gift Card for an order at least once, Customer Service will need your email address or name.

Do I have to use the full amount of the E-Gift Card now?

When you use an E-Gift Card, the full amount on the card will be applied towards the purchase. If the total on the E-Gift Card exceeds the order total, the remaining balance can be used on a future purchase. If the order total exceeds what is on the card, then you will be required to enter your credit card information for the remaining balance.

E-Gift Card Terms and Conditions

SoftWalk E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed through the SoftWalkShoes.com. They cannot be redeemed at any other website.

E-Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable to orders already placed, and cannot be redeemed for other E-Gift Cards.

E-Gift Card purchases are not refundable.

If your purchase exceeds the remaining balance of your E-Gift Card, you will need to pay for the balance with a credit card during the checkout process. If the value of your E-Gift Card exceeds the total cost of the purchase, you may use the remaining balance on your E-Gift Card for a future purchase.

If you return an item purchased with an E-Gift Card, whatever amount came from the E-Gift Card will be returned to that gift card and can be used for a future purchase.

SoftWalk promotions cannot be used when purchasing E-Gift Cards unless otherwise stated.
